  • Cusco. The former Inca capital is a blend of pre-Columbian ruins and Spanish colonial architecture. Visit the Cathedral and the nearby archaeological sites of Puca Pucará, Qenqo, and Tambomachay.
  • Museo Vivo de Yucay. An interpretive center of Andean traditions, where visitors can witness live demonstrations of textile weaving, adobe making, pottery, and silverwork.
