Sunny Isles Beach, FL United States of America

Sunny Isles Beach is a coastal city on a barrier island in northeast Miami-Dade County, Florida. Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west, it offers a classic South Florida waterfront setting. The city is known for its cultural diversity and the many shops, restaurants, and businesses along Collins Avenue, its main thoroughfare. Despite its relatively small population, Sunny Isles Beach boasts one of the tallest skylines in the United States. A growing resort destination, Sunny Isles Beach features numerous high-rise hotels and condominiums, with major investment from developers such as Michael Dezer, including properties that have licensed the Donald Trump name for branding. Its central location places it just minutes from Bal Harbour to the south and Aventura to the north and west. Sunny Isles Beach also gained national attention as the host city for MTV’s 2008 Spring Break celebration, centered at the Newport Beachside Resort.
